In today's business world, change is the only constant. Organisations either drive change or are driven by it. Professionals and organisations that can manage and adapt to change in a conscious, ethical, and sustainable manner will have a competitive edge in the future.
The University of Cape Town (UCT) offers a Change Management online short course that provides a comprehensive toolkit for designing sustainable solutions. This eight-week course focuses on theory and practice to embed change at every level of your organisation. You will be exposed to various industry change management models, diagnostic tools, and real-world case studies. Upon completing the course, you will have the skills to anticipate, articulate, and act to build your organisation's competency for change.

About the certificate
Learn about change management and earn an official certificate of completion from the University of Cape Town.
Assessment is continuous and based on a series of practical assignments completed online. In order to be issued with a digital certificate, you’ll need to meet the requirements outlined in the course handbook. The handbook will be made available to you as soon as you begin the course.

You can pay your course fees before the course starts, or you may opt for a split payment plan on courses that are nine weeks and shorter. For courses 10 weeks and longer, there is a three-part payment plan available. Manage your time
