The Oxford Leading Through Uncertainty and Disruption: Building Resilient Organisations Programme offers a comprehensive approach to managing disruption at an individual, business, and systemic level. During the six-week programme, you’ll be introduced to Programme Director Eleanor Murray's exclusive 6S framework, which will help you build resilience within the contexts of self, strategy, structures, social elements, supply chains, and systems. Using this framework, you will learn how to integrate a holistic approach to resilience into your organisation's business strategy and operations, identify ways to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and lead effectively through disruptions.
Through the programme, you will also gain access to support structures and networks that will help you develop the skills and mindset needed to thrive as a leader in the face of long-term volatility. Ultimately, you’ll walk away with a strategic plan for building resilience that will ensure the sustainability and longevity of your organisation.

Gain the knowledge to build long-term organisational resilience and earn an official certificate of attendance from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
Assessment is continuous and based on a series of practical assignments completed online. In order to be issued with a digital certificate, you’ll need to meet the requirements outlined in the programme handbook. The handbook will be made available to you as soon as you begin the programme.

Manage your time
