The National University of Singapore (NUS) Advanced Computing for Executives (ACE) offers the Change Management for Digital Transformation online short course. This course will equip you with comprehensive knowledge about the tools and techniques required to handle, plan and execute organisational changes. The course provides risk and uncertainty management strategies at different levels and covers the entire digital transformation planning and implementation lifecycle, starting from assessing an organisation's readiness for change, executing it efficiently and managing its effects on all stakeholders.

After finishing the course, you'll have a customised digital transformation change plan that will help you gain acceptance at the individual, team and organisational levels. You'll be able to identify crucial areas of resistance and understand how to address them.

About the certificate

Acquire the knowledge and skills needed to implement sustainable changes in your business, fostering long-term growth and resilience and earn an official certificate of professional achievement from the National University of Singapore (NUS) Advanced Computing for Executives (ACE).

Assessment is continuous and based on a series of practical assignments completed online. In order to be issued with your digital certificate, you’ll need to meet the requirements outlined in the course handbook. The handbook will be made available to you as soon as you begin the course.

Your digital certificate will be issued in your legal name and sent to you upon successful completion of the course, as per the stipulated requirements.
