The acceleration of technological advancement and the shift toward remote work has caused businesses to face greater pressure to digitize quickly. To effectively steer their organizations through this digital transformation, business leaders must acquire the skills to handle the psychological effects of change and transition on their workforce.
The Managing the Human Side of Digital Disruption online short course, offered by the MIT Sloan School of Management, provides you with the necessary tools to approach digital change from a human perspective.
