Welcome to your Online Campus
Section I: MBA Essentials
Over ten weeks, you’ll build crucial strategy, management, and leadership skills. You’ll acquire hard and soft business skills to gain a competitive advantage and lead with influence. Additionally, you’ll gain technical and analytical capabilities and insights into human behaviour you can use to expand your influence internally and externally.
Section II: Negotiation
Following a one-week course break, you’ll develop a firm foundation in negotiation and explore practical strategies and techniques through highly interactive exercises. You’ll learn how to increase your impact through successful negotiations and recognise and respond to different negotiation styles in various scenarios. After six weeks, you’ll have a personal development plan to leverage for optimal outcomes in your personal and professional context.
Section III: Managing People and Teams
Following a one-week course break, you’ll explore people and team management holistically. Over eight weeks, you’ll unpack employee motivation and inspiration, including how to set goals and rewards to drive performance. You’ll also learn how talent and career management add organisational value, gain approaches to managing culturally diverse teams, and discover how to lead in flexible and virtual environments.

About the certificate
Gain a modern management toolkit and earn an official certificate of competence from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Assessment is continuous and based on a series of practical assignments completed online. In order to be issued with your digital certificate, you’ll need to meet the requirements outlined in the course handbook. The handbook will be made available to you as soon as you begin the course.
