The University of Cape Town (UCT) Compliance Essentials online short course teaches compliance management principles, minimising liabilities, and avoiding legal and financial penalties. Experts from the University of Cape Town designed the course using the Generally Accepted Compliance Practice (GACP) framework and King IV Code. You'll learn to handle potential issues, advise your team, and understand compliance's role in your business and the broader legislative landscape.
Completion earns a one-year student membership to Compliance Institute Southern Africa. Finishing both UCT compliance online short courses within a year earns a two-year membership.

About the certificate
Acquire invaluable insights into compliance best practices and gain a deep understanding of industry standards and earn an official certificate of completion from the University of Cape Town.
Assessment is continuous and based on a series of practical assignments completed online. In order to be issued with a digital certificate, you’ll need to meet the requirements outlined in the course handbook. The handbook will be made available to you as soon as you begin the course.

For courses 10 weeks and longer, there is a three-part payment plan available.
