Modern businesses are confronted with challenges stemming from economic, political, ecological, and technological shifts, which may jeopardise their survival if not properly managed. Consequently, an increasing number of companies recognise the value of having skilled risk management professionals in their ranks.
The University of Cape Town (UCT) Advanced Business Risk Management online short course goes beyond fundamental concepts to equip you with the ability to recognise and evaluate organisational risks and create strategies and controls to mitigate them. The course delves into managing risks related to reputation, finance, investment, and behaviour and teaches you how to utilise insights to make informed decisions.
The course journey closely replicates the risk management process, resulting in a practical learning experience that allows you to apply theory and best practices to real-world case studies.
