As technology advances and shapes various industries, many companies want to adopt large-scale digital transformation to enhance their results and stay ahead of competitors. Established businesses must develop and implement new technology and organizational capabilities to thrive in the digital economy.
The MIT Sloan School of Management provides an online short course on Organizational Design for Digital Transformation, which examines the five critical dimensions of digital transformation in-depth. Faculty Director Jeanne Ross explains how successful transformation can occur when systematically driven, and these five dimensions form the fundamental design principles for organizations seeking to leverage new technologies for innovation. Additionally, the program explores how business leaders can challenge deeply ingrained, traditional practices by influencing their organizational mindset.
Over the six-week course, you'll learn how to facilitate digital transformation within your company through business design and strategy. Upon completion, you'll earn an MIT Sloan digital certificate that can be earned online and at your own pace.

Over six weeks of online learning, gain the expertise to enable successful digital transformation and earn an official digital certificate of completion from MIT Sloan.
