The University of Cape Town Project Management Foundation online short course will teach you how to plan, coordinate and manage projects efficiently and effectively.
The Project Management online short course is designed to develop your understanding of the foundations and principles of project management, including the methods, tools, techniques and processes that are typical to a medium to large size project.
The Advanced Project Management online short course is designed to enhance your current practice based project management knowledge through a ‘design, develop and apply’ technique, where you and the head tutor agree on a project (one that you have a working knowledge of), that project then being used to develop your complete project plan, 12-weeks of intensive immersion in the discipline, the outcome being the knowledge and skills required to either more effectively participate in projects as a project team member, or to successfully lead projects as a competent project manager.
